Save VIE, terminal and final address. For an onward train, copy the exact station name and departure time. City centre is insufficient when your train leaves Hauptbahnhof; include the transfer from any other arrival point before choosing.
Pickup
Use the signed rank outside arrivals or an airport-listed desk. For a booking, obtain written meeting instructions with flight and contact. Someone offering a ride in the hall should not be assumed to represent your operator; check booking and vehicle identity.
