Understand the decision
Airport and address
Copy TLS, flight and full address. Distinguish Toulouse, Blagnac and other municipalities. For businesses, hospitals or campuses, add building and entrance: the correct fare zone alone does not identify a useful meeting point.
Pickup
The airport page locates ranks on ground-floor arrivals between B3 in Hall B and C1 in Hall C. Follow current signs after baggage. For a booking, ask whether meeting is at the rank or another permitted access.
Fare and conditions
Ask for zone, base amount, booking extras and detour conditions. Published boundaries follow streets and roads rather than simple neighbourhood names. Do not infer a zone from straight-line distance; keep address and confirmed fare.
Choose the complete journey
Compare services running that day with total group cost, including walking and last connection. For early returns or outside-zone addresses, ask separately about availability and pricing; a national range is not a return-trip quote.

Common questions
What document should I keep?
Keep the receipt and booking with date, route and vehicle reference. These identify the operator for lost property or a fare question.
How should I compare public transport?
Calculate cost for the whole group, connections and the last leg to your accommodation. Check services at your actual arrival and access with luggage.

Sources and scope
Rules, fares and availability vary by place and can change. These official examples support the method; use the destination page and local authority for the current rule.
Plan and compare your transfer — Compare the group cost using real quotes and ticket prices in the same currency. Then print the checks to complete before departure.
