For the official rank, follow signs and floor markings towards Schiphol Plaza. For Uber/Bolt, use app instructions and dedicated signs. Schiphol advertises Wi-Fi at the app point; still save the booking offline.

Schiphol describes official taxis as metered, with contactless payment, accepted cards and printed receipts. App prices belong to their bookings. The word Amsterdam alone does not establish a hotel flat fare.

Is a shared taxi shuttle direct?

Not necessarily. Schiphol explains that shared Travel Taxis may collect or drop off other travellers. Check private or shared booking and include those stops in your comparison.

What document should I keep?

Keep the receipt and booking with date, route and vehicle reference. These identify the operator for lost property or a fare question.

How should I compare public transport?

Calculate cost for the whole group, connections and the last leg to your accommodation. Check services at your actual arrival and access with luggage.
