Understand the decision
Airport and address
Copy BCN and the terminal from your ticket and save the full hotel address. Arriving at T2 and departing from T1 require different meeting points. For a cruise, obtain the maritime terminal, ship name and access gate from your cruise line rather than entering only port.
Pickup
Follow taxi signs to your terminal’s rank. Black and yellow identifies the official service but does not replace checking your journey and fare. If you booked a car, follow the operator’s confirmation instead of automatically joining the taxi queue.
Fare and conditions
Consult AMB rules for your service. Before departure, confirm meter operation, applicable extras and payment methods. A minimum charge is not a guaranteed price to every hotel. Keep a receipt showing route, date and vehicle identification.
Choose the complete journey
Compare car and public transport by terminal, group size and the last leg to the address. With a child or wheelchair, confirm required equipment and usable capacity. For a delayed arrival, keep a meeting point that can be changed and contact details available offline.
