Understand the decision
Define the need
Write addresses in order and distinguish brief stops from long waits. Count people and bags after each stage: required capacity is the highest number carried at once. Specify children, seats and mobility aids from the start.
Obtain confirmation
Ask for a quote covering the full route and waiting, or an explanation of the meter. Confirm who can change the trip and how the driver receives the route. A last-minute verbal stop may not be included in the accepted price.
Price and documents
Distinguish privately sharing a bill from per-passenger fares. Agree how to divide tolls, waiting and tips beforehand. Request a total receipt; do not assume the operator will issue separate invoices.
If plans change
If the visit exceeds planned waiting, contact the operator to extend or arrange a new ride. Do not leave passport or phone in the car to hold your place. Before the final drop-off, check everyone has their luggage and belongings.

Common questions
Does sending a request guarantee a ride?
No. Wait for confirmation specifying service, date, time and conditions. An estimate or enquiry does not prove a vehicle has been assigned.
What if the conditions change?
Contact the operator through the booking channel, specify the change and request new confirmation. Keep both documents to understand any fees.

Rules, fares and availability vary by place and can change. These official examples support the method; use the destination page and local authority for the current rule.
Plan and compare your transfer — Compare the group cost using real quotes and ticket prices in the same currency. Then print the checks to complete before departure.
